Worked with Paul Snyder and he was great! Super attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable. I think they have me hooked. And just 3 days after I bought my car I had a big trip driving in the dark both directions, and my eyes loved its responsiveness to oncoming lights, turns, etc. Wonderful!

Our sales guy Jeff was the best. He made the sale stress free and an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be coming back when it's time to look for another car.

Jeffrey Hanson and staff were polite and helpful. The Showroom was neat and well maintained, compared to others I've seen. The staff was attentive to the customer. I didn't need to spend my entire afternoon picking up the car like I've experienced in other dealerships. I'd recommend them.

I just picked up a Subaru Forester from Subaru of Utica, and the experience was fantastic. My sales consultant, Paul Snyder (Mr. Subaru), was incredibly knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to make the process easy for us. He asked really thoughtful questions to make sure the Forester was the right fit, and there was absolutely zero pressure throughout the entire visit. If you want a stress-free car-buying experience, go see Paul!
